THE KNOWLEDGE LAYER FOR ADVISORY TEAMS

The work between
the work, delegated.

Delegent is the knowledge layer for consulting and advisory teams. It taps in to enterprise knowledge - notes, deliverables, emails and meetings to surface relevant context and proposes actions - so your people spend their hours on judgement, not admin.

FAQ

Before you put it on a live deal.

01 How does Delegent prevent employees from accessing data from projects they're not staffed on? +
Project memories are isolated at the storage layer and aligned to ISO 27001 requirements - no cross-project retrieval, ever. Firm-wide knowledge: frameworks, playbooks and best practices live in a separate layer that every project can read from, but no client data flows into. If Legal asks, you can show exactly what was touched, from where, and by whom.
02 What does adoption actually look like for the team? +
Delegent is as intuitive as any enterprise tool your team already uses. Capture happens in the background: meetings, emails and notes are routed automatically - so the daily surface is light: open the app, see what’s filed to your projects, draft and act from there. Champions get the full surface; everyone else gets the output without changing how they work.
03 Is there AI inside Delegent, or do we still need ChatGPT? +
Delegent gives every user access to the latest models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Mistral inside the platform. One critical difference: the AI is loaded with the engagement context. No more pasting meeting notes into a chat window and asking it to draft a follow-up. The model knows the client. Use whichever you prefer, switch per task, or connect via MCP.
04 Where do meetings get recorded, and is anything kept without consent? +
Delegent doesn't join your meetings as a bot. We either pull the meeting transcript from your calls platform or transcribe it locally using models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Mistral. Either way, no third-party notetaker sits in the room, and your audio never leaves trusted infrastructure.
05 Will this actually work with our stack - Outlook, Sharepoint, Teams? +
Yes. Native integrations with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom. Read-only by default. Write access (filing, drafting, assigning) is granted scope-by-scope, and every write is auditable.
06 When Delegent gets it wrong, what’s the failure mode? +
The failure mode is a human accept gate - task routing and emails are not sent without someone on your team approving it. Edit a suggestion and it becomes the new baseline for similar cases on that project. The worst case is a suggestion you ignore.
07 Compliance: data hosting, region pinning, SOC 2, ISO? +
Delegent's platform and all your data are hosted on AWS. Choose EU (Dublin/ London) or US (Virginia) at workspace creation; data never leaves the chosen region. SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 controls were followed throughout development, ISO 27001 formal audit on the 2026 roadmap.
08 Who owns what gets stored and generated? +
You do. All transcripts, summaries, drafts and project memories are your work product - our MSA assumes everything Delegent touches is privileged, confidential and yours. On exit, you get a full export of every project memory, transcript and document in open formats within 30 days, and we delete our copies on a verifiable schedule.

Stop paying senior people to
take meeting notes.

We’ll plug Delegent into one of your active deals on the call. By the end, you’ll have your first project memory, your first set of suggested actions, and a number on what the next 90 days look like.
